• You can cancel or Reschedule Your appointment 72hours before your
appointment
•installation with styling is 45min max , If you are late with 15minutes you will be
entitled to do basic installation.
•it is the clients responsibility to make sure that the wig is in good condition before
installation
•it's the client responsibility to make sure that the wig size fits up to the hairline
without having to pull it
•its the clients responsibility to make sure the wigs Knots are bleached and pre
plucked
•it's the clients responsibility to make sure the wig is clean and ready for
installation
•if all the above is not done, please bring the Wig through atleast 2 days
before your appointment
we will not perform the installation on the wig that is not done All the above
